As therapeutic antibodies grow more complex, the need for high-resolution structural insights has never been greater. In this talk, we introduce FairJourney Biologics’ new cryo-electron microscopy (cryoEM) platform and explore how structure-driven innovation is reshaping antibody discovery and engineering. From epitope mapping and germlining to multispecific and membrane protein-targeted designs, cryoEM enables a new layer of precision in the development of next-generation biologics. We will highlight case studies that illustrate how cryoEM provides actionable insights—accelerating lead optimization, de-risking molecular designs, and unlocking otherwise intractable targets. Whether for early-stage exploration or late-stage refinement, cryoEM is poised to become a cornerstone technology in FairJourney’s antibody discovery engine.
