Nathan is head of Protein Engineering at MiroBio, focused on the discovery and engineering of agonist mAbs targeting cell surface receptors. Prior to this he was a principal scientist at Heptares Therapeutics working on thermostabilising and structural study of GPCRs, followed by group leader at OXGENE developing novel mammalian display platforms for screening of naïve mAb libraries against membrane proteins.
